We’re Hiring: Staffing Manager
Location: Remote / Office (Durrës, Prishtina, Ferizaj – as required)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 15:00 – 00:00
Position Overview
The Staffing Manager will oversee the recruitment, placement, and retention of qualified candidates to meet organizational workforce needs. From sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and retention, this role is key to ensuring a high-performing workforce that supports Barrister’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage end-to-end staffing cycle: job postings, sourcing, interviews, onboarding
- Forecast staffing needs and align with business objectives
- Oversee onboarding and employee retention initiatives
- Supervise and mentor recruitment team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce management
- Leadership/managerial experience preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with ATS and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
